Miami zoning & commission meetings

Know what the board decided before your client calls.

Dais reads every agenda and watches every meeting in Miami, Coral Gables and Miami-Dade. When something you track is on an upcoming agenda, you hear about it days before. After the meeting, you get what was decided, with links to the exact minute in the official video.

No card needed for the trial. 8 meetings and 24 hours of video summarized so far.

How it works

Step 1

Tell us what to watch

Pick the boards you follow and add alerts: addresses, streets, clients, firms, file numbers or topics like “co-living”.

Step 2

Heads-up before, brief after

When an agenda is posted, usually 5 to 7 days ahead, we flag anything you track. After the meeting we read the full video captions and write up every item: the decision, the vote, who spoke and what’s next.

Step 3

You get the parts that matter

An email lands with your matches first. Every claim links to the exact moment in the city’s video, so you can check it in seconds.

Built to be checked

Sourced to the second

Every summary links to the official agenda and to timestamps in the city’s own video.

Names checked against the agenda

Captions misspell names. We correct board members and applicants against the official agenda and flag anything we couldn’t verify.

Wrong? Next month is free

Report an error from any summary. If we got a vote, name or decision wrong, your next month is on us.

No risk to try

14-day free trial with no card, then a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.

Questions

When do I hear about things?

Twice. First when the agenda is posted, usually 5 to 7 days before the meeting, if it lists something you track. Then the morning after the meeting, once the video and captions are posted, with the decision and the vote.

How accurate is it?

AI writes the summaries from the official captions and agenda. They follow strict rules: votes come only from the record, and claims are attributed to the person who made them. Every summary links to the source so you can check it. If we get something wrong, report it and your next month is free.

Is Dais affiliated with the City of Miami?
