Driveway side setback, corner-lot motor courts and mechanical equipment setbacks

Three small setback changes passed on first reading, 5–0. Corner lots can have a front motor court, driveways can sit 18 inches from the side property line, and pool equipment and generators can sit 5 feet from the rear line. The Vice Mayor asked staff to look at corner-lot pool setbacks before second reading.
