These terms cover your use of Dais at dais.webblaze.io (“Dais”, “we”). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. Questions: zayden@webblaze.io.

What Dais is

Dais summarizes public meetings of South Florida government boards and commissions and emails subscribers about items that match their alerts. Dais is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any city, county or government body.

Summaries are not legal advice

Summaries are written with the help of AI from official agendas and closed captions, and they can contain errors or omissions. They are a research aid, not legal advice and not an official record. Before relying on anything for a filing, deadline, client advice or decision, check the official agenda, minutes and video. We link to those sources for that reason. If you find a mistake, use “Report an error” on the item.

Accounts

You need an account to use member features. Keep your password private and tell us if you think your account was accessed without permission. The service is for professional use by adults 18 and over.

Free trial, subscriptions and billing

Trial. New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required. When the trial ends, member features stop until you choose a plan.
Plans. Professional ($199 a month, 1 person), Founding member ($999 a year, 1 person, price locked while your subscription stays active) and Firm ($349 a month, up to 5 people). Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes.
Renewal. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Cancelling. Cancel anytime from Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We don’t charge cancellation fees.
Refunds. Your first payment has a 30-day money-back guarantee: email us within 30 days and we’ll refund it in full. After that, payments aren’t refundable, except where the law requires.
Errors. If a summary we sent you was materially wrong and you reported it, your next month is free.
Price changes. We’ll email you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect for your plan. Founding member prices don’t change while the subscription stays active.

Acceptable use

You may share individual briefs with clients and colleagues using the share link or PDF. You may not resell Dais content, republish it in bulk, scrape the site, share your login outside your plan’s seats, or use Dais to harass anyone.

Availability

We work to send briefs within a day of each meeting, but timing depends on when cities post video and captions. We don’t guarantee that every meeting or item will be covered or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

Dais is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will email account holders about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
