Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Dais (dais.webblaze.io) collects and how it’s used. Contact: zayden@webblaze.io.

What we collect

Account details: name, email, firm, role, and a securely hashed password.
Your settings: the boards you follow, your alerts (addresses, clients, file numbers, topics) and email preferences.
Billing: plan, payment dates and invoice details you enter. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
Usage: pages visited and basic device information through Google Analytics, and records of emails we sent you.
Reports you send about errors, and messages you email us.

How we use it

To run the service: match meetings to your alerts, send your briefs and heads-up emails, handle billing and support, and improve accuracy. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share your alerts with anyone. Your alerts can be confidential client matters, and we treat them that way.

Who processes data for us

Supabase (database), Netlify (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (site analytics).
Anthropic (AI) processes public meeting agendas and captions to write summaries. Your account details and alerts are not sent to the AI to write summaries.

Cookies

We use one sign-in cookie to keep you logged in, and Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is open. Delete your account anytime from Settings and we remove your profile, alerts and email history; billing records are kept as tax law requires. You can also email us to see, correct or delete your data.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and database access is restricted to the Dais service.

Changes

We’ll post updates here and email account holders about significant changes.
