The Board approved Lennar's Comprehensive Plan amendment unanimously after a new safety-and-security covenant condition was added. Commissioner Cohen Higgins also won a separate motion on directing police impact fees from this development toward a future Eureka station. She withdrew a second motion to study police impact fees.
