Mayor's veto of the resolution pausing spending on closure and demolition of the Resources Recovery Facility (Doral)

The board refused 2–7 to reconsider its Oct 6 directive halting demolition spending at the Doral waste-to-energy site. A motion to override the mayor's veto then died for lack of a second, so the veto stands.
