South Miami Community Redevelopment Agency plan, interlocal agreement and redevelopment trust fund

Several speakers opposed the South Miami CRA plan, mainly over a proposal to demolish the city's historic building and replace Jane Willis Park. Commissioner Regalado pulled both items because he has amendments. No vote had happened by the end of this part of the meeting.
