Bid waiver and Berth 10 interim agreement with Fincantieri Infrastructure Florida

Commissioners pulled the request to waive competitive bidding on an interim agreement of up to $18.22 million with Fincantieri for Berth 10 design work. The port director said the waiver saves 12–18 months. Two commissioners said they would support it, and others pushed for an expedited competitive process.
