Termination-for-convenience protections in any Rockstar Games agreement

After a long exchange, the board adopted a scaled-back García motion. Any agreement with Rockstar Games must include termination-for-convenience protections limiting county liability if the board declines to ratify it. The administration said this is already standard language.
