Public comment on the county investment policy (11A2, already passed) during the Section 5 hearing

Most speakers registered under 5B or 4B but used their time to protest 11A2, the earlier vote amending the county investment policy. The chair repeatedly redirected them, and commissioners spoke about decorum and about what the vote did.
