Procurement reform ordinances from the Special Task Force to Reduce Inefficiencies in Procurement (second reading)

More than a dozen small-business owners and advocates urged the board to defer or reject the procurement ordinances, especially 5F–5H. The chair said the substitutes had already removed some of the provisions they objected to.
