Directive to consider CDMP changes allowing vertical farming inside urbanized areas

Commissioners Steinberg and Regalado asked to exclude their districts from a directive to study vertical and other closed agriculture inside urban areas. Gilbert argued for listing compatibility criteria instead. No vote had been taken when this part of the meeting ended.
