Construction contract for Joseph Caleb Auditorium front-of-house and renovations

The board approved, on a voice vote, a construction contract of up to $26.2M with TGSV Enterprises for Caleb Auditorium renovations. The Mayor later thanked Hardemon and Lopez for securing the funding.
