New beach club building at 1 Ocean Drive (current Nikki Beach site)

The board approved the redesigned two-story beach club on city-owned land, with conditions on the arched windows, the glass-block canopy and the long breeze-block wall. It also asked the applicant to explore grass pavers in the front lot.
