Concession agreement to redevelop North Lincoln Lane (NoLi project)

The Commission approved 7–0 a 20-year concession for a private team to remake the North Lincoln Lane alley, with a city right to end it for convenience after 15 years by a 5/7 vote. A push to raise that exit vote to 6/7 did not carry.
