Outside legal opinion on how the Live Local Act applies to building heights (Alton Road Gateway / 500 Alton Road)

Commissioner Suarez said his resolution would get an outside opinion on whether the Live Local Act really lets towers reach 519 feet at 500 Alton Road. He said a different opinion could let the city deny such applications. The vote was not reached in this part of the video.
