Evaluating legal options to challenge the Live Local Act, expanded to the Safe Structures and Resiliency Act

The Commission approved, with no opposition, a resolution to explore legal challenges to the Live Local Act. It added a request to also explore challenging the Safe Structures and Resiliency Act.
