The ordinance allowing temporary Grand Theft Auto VI banners downtown, between Oct 15 and Dec 31, 2026, passed first reading after the operator dropped the "Vice City" branding. Proceeds are expected to go to the Rev. Edward T. Graham Heritage Trail.
