Najera appeal of HEPB denial of an asphalt shingle roof at 536 NE 65 St

The Commission granted the owner's appeal and allowed an asphalt shingle roof on a contributing house in the Palm Grove Historic District. The condition is that the next replacement must be barrel tile.
