Fourth amendment to lease with Coral Gables Cinemateque, Inc. for Coral Gables Art Cinema expansion

The commission voted 5–0 to approve a fourth lease amendment allowing Coral Gables Art Cinema to expand into adjacent city-owned space at 240 Aragon Ave with a city construction cap of $450,000.
