City of Miami Planning, Zoning & Appeals Board meeting summaries

The Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board hears rezonings, variances, special exceptions, waivers and appeals of zoning decisions for the City of Miami. Many items it hears are recommendations that go on to the City Commission, while appeals of zoning decisions are decided by the board itself.
