Terrazzo removal and recreation at the South Seas, Richmond and Raleigh hotels, 1751, 1757 & 1775 Collins Ave

The board voted 6–0 to approve, after the fact, the removal of historic terrazzo floors at the Raleigh, Richmond and South Seas, and to approve recreating the floors. The removal was needed for structural stabilization.
