Rescission of historic designation for the Little Havana House at 1016 SW 13 Ct

The board voted 8–0 to remove the individual historic designation from the Little Havana House lot, which is now vacant after a fire. The vote came after a long debate over whether the code lets the board do it. The owner must record a covenant to build the duplex shown to the board. Staff will inspect during construction and at the end.
