New single-family home at 765 NE 70 St, Bayside Historic District

After two deferrals, the board approved 9–0 a revised two-story mid-century modern house on a vacant Bayside lot. Staff had flipped its recommendation from denial to approval with conditions. The board added conditions on the cantilever, the limestone, the window louvers and a possible tree, and left the details to staff.
