Porch enclosure, side fence and driveway at 5944 NE 6 Ave (Morningside)

The board approved the owners' special certificate of appropriateness 10–0, but rewrote the staff conditions. It allowed a solid-looking double gate across the driveway and a walkway up to five feet wide. It also said the porch enclosure may not be fastened to the front of the round columns.
